1. Use of the Service

Lappoflow is a tool designed to help users manage recipes, plan meals, and create shopping lists.

You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose and in a lawful manner.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and ensuring that your login credentials are not shared.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you add to Lappoflow, including recipes, meal plans, shopping lists, notes, ratings, photos, images, and related information.

By using the service, you grant Lappoflow a limited licence to host, store, process, resize, display, back up, and make this content available as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the service.

This includes making content available to you and to authorized members of any group where you choose to place or share the content.

This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to Lappoflow.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to add, upload, import, share, or otherwise use any content you submit to Lappoflow.

You must not upload, import, or share content that violates another person's copyright, privacy, publicity, intellectual property, confidentiality, or other rights.

4. Group Sharing

If you add content to a group, that content may be visible to authorized members of that group.

Group members may be able to view, use, edit, organize, or otherwise interact with shared recipes, meal plans, shopping lists, images, and related content according to the group access model available in the service.

You should only add content to a group if you are comfortable with authorized group members accessing it.

5. Recipe Import and Third-Party Content

Lappoflow may allow you to import or save recipe information from websites or other sources.

Imported content may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or subject to rights held by third parties.

You choose which third-party links and content to import, and you are responsible for how you use imported content and for complying with any applicable third-party terms.

Importing content does not give you ownership of third-party material and does not mean that Lappoflow has verified your right to use that material.

Lappoflow may retain original source information, source URLs, attribution, or similar details to identify where imported content came from.

Lappoflow may remove or restrict access to imported images, recipes, or other imported content following a valid complaint, legal request, rights-holder request, safety concern, or other policy concern.

6. Prohibited Content and Misuse

You may not upload, create, save, share, import, transmit, or use Lappoflow for content or activity that is illegal; sexually exploitative or abusive; explicitly sexual where inappropriate for the service; threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or abusive; or graphically violent.

You may not upload, create, save, share, import, transmit, or use Lappoflow for content or activity that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.

You may not upload, create, save, share, import, transmit, or use Lappoflow for content or activity that is malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or intended to distribute malware, harmful code, phishing, spam, or other abusive technical activity; or that is otherwise seriously harmful or inconsistent with Lappoflow's recipe, meal-planning, shopping-list, and household-planning purpose.

7. Reporting Content and Rights Concerns

Users and third parties may report illegal content, copyright infringement, privacy violations, abusive or harmful content, or other suspected violations by contacting Lappoflow at:

Reports should include enough information for Lappoflow to identify the content, such as the recipe title, source URL, relevant group if known, and a description of the concern. Please do not send or attach suspected illegal images unless specifically requested.

8. Moderation and Enforcement

Lappoflow does not promise to proactively review every upload or import.

Where reasonably necessary, Lappoflow may restrict access to content, remove an image, recipe, or other content, restrict uploading, suspend or terminate an account, preserve limited records where legally required or operationally justified, and respond to lawful legal, regulatory, copyright, safety, or law-enforcement requests.

Repeated or serious violations may result in upload restrictions, account suspension, or account termination.

9. Shopping Lists and Food Information

Lappoflow may generate shopping lists, ingredient suggestions, quantities, categories, departments, or other food-related information.

This information may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your needs.

You are responsible for checking recipes, ingredients, quantities, allergens, dietary requirements, food safety information, and shopping decisions before relying on them.

10. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Lappoflow will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

11. Account Deletion

You may delete your account from within the product where this functionality is available, or contact us to request account deletion.

Account deletion is intended to remove your account and associated user data, subject to technical, legal, security, or backup limitations.

12. Privacy

We collect and process personal data as needed to operate Lappoflow.

This may include information such as your email address, name, account data, recipes, meal plans, shopping lists, usage data, and technical information.

Please refer to the Privacy Policy for more information about how personal data is handled.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lappoflow shall not be liable for data loss, incorrect recipe information, incorrect shopping information, service interruptions, or any damages resulting from use of the service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Continued use of Lappoflow after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
