1. Use of the Service
Lappoflow is a tool designed to help users manage recipes, plan meals, and generate shopping lists.
You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose and in a lawful manner.
2. Early Access / Beta Status
Lappoflow is currently in an early access (beta) phase.
This means:
- Features may change or be removed at any time
- The service may contain bugs or inaccuracies
- Data loss is possible
By using the service, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and ensuring that your login credentials are not shared.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Data and Content
You retain ownership of any content you add, such as recipes or shopping lists.
However, by using the service, you grant Lappoflow permission to store and process this data in order to provide functionality.
We do not guarantee permanent storage of your data during the beta phase.
5. Availability
We do not guarantee that the service will be:
- uninterrupted
- error-free
- available at all times
The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lappoflow shall not be liable for any data loss, incorrect recipe or shopping information, or any damages resulting from use of the service.

We only collect and use personal data necessary to operate the service.
This may include:

- name
- usage data
A more detailed privacy policy may be introduced at a later stage.
8. Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account and associated data.
Lappoflow also intends to provide a self-service account deletion feature inside the product profile/settings area.
During the current phase of the product, deletion handling and data removal processes may evolve as the service develops.
